Hole in the bellhousing. But looky looky what I found on eBay.....
Our Cressida has th 5MGE, same as Supra. The wife says she is ok with going manual if we have to change the transmission anyway.
Ok, Oppo, I need your feedback. Is this sanity or madness in Cressida-land?

Nature’s way of telling you to do a manual swap. I love it.

What I like is that by giving it to her before you did anything, she ends up sharing in any poor decisions you make, and you can’t be blamed.

I’ve always heard it’s better to buy sell and buy a manual version than convert it. I don’t know how hard it would be in your car though, I say go for it if you have the funds and the desire.

I feel like somebody should just come up with a bot that automatically answers ‘yes’ whenever anybody here asks if they should take on a project like this. But because that bot doesn’t exist, I’ll say that yes, you should absolutely convert that car to a stick because that’s a great thing to do.

Do the parts exist for the full swap? If so, go for it.

This calls for a full engine/tranny swap.
